Class can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness. If you are new to exercise we recommended trying BOOTCAMP on Wednesdays or for a low intensity workouts join us for GLUTES & CORE on Thursdays. For those more experienced and looking for that extra push get in touch about personal training.
