You can buy a class pass and book onto classes via the members app.

Classes can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and all abilities.
Our minimum age is 16-years-old.
SPINNING
An indoor cycling class that offers low and high levels of intensity cardio exercise designed to get your heart rate pumping. Enjoy 45 minutes of sweaty cycling to the latest tunes whilst getting fit and having fun.

IROX
A strength and fitness based class that combines weight training with cardiovascular fitness.
For those who enjoy hybrid training that gets you fit but keeps you strong this class is for you.

THE 6 WEEK SHRED CHALLENGE
This challenge will burn fat, build lean muscle and boost your fitness levels. Achieve insane results with intense instructor-led workouts and a tailored nutrition plan. Please check our Instagram for upcoming challenge dates.

MUMS & MINIS - GYM TRAINING HOURS
We have dedicated Mum & Minis hours from 9am until 2pm Monday to Friday. Bring your little one to train with you in the class/circuit area only. If you are not a member a day pass can be purchased from the gym desk. Children remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian at all times.
Children are not allowed on the lower floor.
Baby changing facilities can be found in the gym office.

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO USE YOUR CLASS PASS BEFORE EXPIRES.
