Classes can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness.
SPINNING
An indoor cycling class that offers low and high levels of intensity cardio exercise designed to get your heart rate pumping. Enjoy 45 minutes of sweaty cycling to the latest tunes whilst getting fit and having fun.
IROX
A strength and fitness based class that combines weight training with cardiovascular fitness. For those who enjoy hybrid training that gets you fit but keeps you strong this class is for you.
KETTLEBELLS
A 30 minute non-stop kettlebell routine that works every muscle group. Swing, squat and press your way through this 30 min class designed to keep you toned, fit and feeling good.
GLUTES & CORE
Join this 45 minute instructor-led lower body class designed to build and sculpt your glutes and challenge and tone your abs.
MUMS & MINIS
A class dedicated to pre natal or post partum women tomaintain or improve strength and fitness before or after birth. Please feel free to bring your little ones to play whilst you train. Changing facilities are available. Please note this class will take place on the upper floor so carry seats are advised instead of prams. Children remain the responsilbilty of the parent or guardian at all times.
MUMS & MINIS - GYM TRAINING HOURS
We have dedicated Mum & Minis hours from 10am until 2pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Bring your little one to train with you in the class/circuit area only. If you are not a member a day pass can be purchased from the gym desk. Children remain the responsilbilty of the parent or guardian at all times. Children are not allowed on the lower floor. Baby changing facilities can be found in the gym office.
